Boats participating in the Hong Kong to Shenzhen passage race shall comply with the World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations for Race Category 4 for the duration of the race with the exception of:

Sailing Instruction Addendum Q – On Water Judging for fleet racing shall apply.

港深拉力赛将作为个人比赛进行评分，并颁发港深拉力赛冲线奖。

港深拉力赛的成绩将不会列入在整个系列赛的成绩中。

The HK-SZ Passage race will be scored as an individual race with line honours prizes awarded. The HK-SZ passage race shall not be included in the overall series results.
